I recently invested in the Gigabyte S55U and so far, it is proving to be an excellent monitor. With a 55-inch size and 120 Hz refresh rate, this 4K UHD gaming monitor packs enough features that enable lag free gaming without compromising on image quality. But there were some drawbacks too which I want to bring into your knowledge before you decide whether or not to invest in this product. Firstly, its stand design does not provide optimum comfort for ergonomic viewing angles due to limited adjustments available such as tilt angle etc.. The supporting colour profile also lacks satisfactory accuracy although that could possibly depend heavily upon how much you are willing (and able) to calibrate it yourself manually with certain software options. Additionally, keeping aside these two minor issues, I also did check out customer reviews of the product from Amazon where people have rated it 71/100 overall which seems quite accurate considering all factors combined together minus my 2 minutely mentioned issues above*. Most customers who gave their reviews sounded very satisfied including one person saying Its pure joy! Worth every penny!!!”, suggesting that if those tiny issues do not bother you then go ahead investing in this big ticket item since no other regrets will follow afterwards…at least none reported yet!.
